A clearer picture

A rate is one part.
Your plans are the whole.

The deposit, monthly commitment, fees and loan terms all matter. We help bring those questions together, while the lender assesses your application and sets the offer.

01

Start with your budget

Consider your deposit, income, existing commitments and the amount you are comfortable repaying. The lender's assessment determines what it can offer.

02

See the full cost

Allow for purchase and financing costs alongside the deposit. Ask for the lender's Key Facts Statement and a clear breakdown of fees and insurance requirements.

03

Understand the terms

Compare how the rate can change, the repayment period and any early-settlement conditions. A headline rate gives only part of the picture.

A little clarity

Mortgages,
answered.

Useful questions before you commit.

How much can I borrow?

The lender assesses your income, existing commitments, credit profile and the property, within applicable lending rules. The calculator is an illustration; it does not establish eligibility or an approved borrowing amount.

Is pre-approval a final mortgage offer?

Pre-approval is an initial assessment with conditions and a validity period set by the lender. Final approval also depends on the property and completion of the lender's checks.

What should I understand about fixed and variable rates?

Check whether the rate is fixed, variable or changes after an initial period, and what that means for later repayments. Ask the lender to explain the full term and any fees for early repayment.

Can I enquire as a non-resident or self-employed buyer?

Yes. Tell us your circumstances so the mortgage partner specialist can check the options with lenders. Available products, required documents and lending terms vary; an enquiry is not an approval.

Can I finance an off-plan purchase?

It depends on the project, lender and your circumstances. A developer payment plan is a separate commitment from a mortgage. Discuss both structures and avoid assuming that finance at handover is guaranteed.

What else should I budget for?

Alongside the deposit, consider registration and transfer charges, agency fees, lender and valuation fees, and required insurance. Request a written breakdown for your transaction: the calculator's upfront estimate is not a complete cost statement.

For official information on clear loan terms, costs and disclosures, see the UAE Central Bank mortgage guidance. Mortgage advice is arranged with partner specialists; lending decisions remain with the lender.
